Our Background

Following more than 20 years working as a Business Manager and a Relationship Consultant Business & Marketing Solutions was founded and run by Jan Brand. Jan provides the Relationship Marketing Service and advises on any Business Management issues. She has now been joined by Tony Levycky who has many years senior management experience in a large Public Sector organisation. Tony helps with day-to-day management and systems both for our Clients and for ourselves.

We have our own training organisation (BDS) whilst also having links with a number of experienced organisational development and management consultants, coaches and trainers. Together with close links with design and media companies.

We are aware that privacy and confidentiality are vital to our clients. We will not divulge any information about you, your organisation and your clients to any other client or organisation without your approval.

Our Experience

Jan Brand, Managing Director of Brand Business and Marketing Solutions Ltd. specialises in Relationship Marketing and she honed these skills in the marketing arm of an Organisational Development Consultancy. There she initiated, developed and managed the marketing and account management section, growing the client list from around 300 to over 1600 organisations from the commercial, industrial and public sectors, including several Blue Chip companies.

Jan provided the initial point of contact for clients and maintained strong on-going business relationships. She has broadened her skills in finding, developing and keeping contacts, and is an experienced Business Manager and Organisational Development Consultant. She is used to managing staff and Associate Consultants and providing coaching and support. She is also an experienced facilitator and trainer.

Tony Levycky, Director of Brand Business & Marketing Solutions Ltd. has specialised in database management and organisational development and facilitation. He was a senior officer in the public sector for many years and is skilled in observing and providing detailed reports of events. Tony also manages our administration and research functions.

Adele Morris-Khan, Administrator and CRM Assistant. Adele is skilled at the research required to build a database. She also provides customer relationship marketing services for some of our clients.

Our team of Consultants specialise in facilitation of both large and small events, whilst also providing facilitation training. They are experienced consultants, coaches and facilitators who have worked both in the public and private sectors.
