Project Management Training and Consultancy

Project outcomes should be delivered on time, meet the expectations and needs of the users, and be in the interests of the organisation as a whole. They should also provide some measurable benefit to the organisation. Sadly, projects often fall well short of this ideal.

Substantial improvements can be achieved relatively quickly, some other important aspects usually take more time to establish. The key to success is threefold:

  1. To provide training in the techniques and methodology of Project Management and to enable staff to plan and execute projects both as leader of the initiative, or as a team member.
  2. To establish a business environment within which projects may be defined, commissioned, and directed in the interests of the organisation as a whole.
  3. In an environment of many projects or major partnership initiatives, to provide project support facilities to assist teams and individuals involved.
